I turned toward the practices that nourished my soul: journaling, meditation, intuitive rituals, and deep inner reflection.

And when it came time to set my goals for the year, I did something radically different:
I still made a list, but this time, it came from within.

I asked:
What do I truly desire, not what do I think I should want?
What feels aligned in my body, not just impressive on a spreadsheet?
What would it mean to create a life that’s true to me?

That's when everything shifted.
